Heyy Matt!! I'm really extremely proud of you im glad to have met someone as wonderful (an understatement indeed) as you seriously. Although NP hasnt really acknowledged you for whetever you have done for the school, their acknowledgement is seriously not what you need to know that you're awesome. When the audiences applaud and cheer and tell you that you're goood, that is when you truly know that you are awesome. Although i haven't really talked to you (other than poly experience) i would really love to learn from you because i would really love to host an event someday and just be as successful as you are butbutbut i really fear hosting soo yeahh i guess i have to work on that!! Aniways, good job Matt you make me REALLL proud ♥

Hi Matt,

There is something I wanna tell you and let you know. I know i always repeat myself but I still want to let you know that you have inspired me a lot with your story and that many things that I'm doing now are inspired by you.

You made me believe that with the passion that i have for something, sometimes we have to do something about it and not just sit there and wait for opportunities or our dreams to come true but instead we have to fight for what we believe in.

Being a business student, its sometimes quite often that people will have a lot of doubts about me making videos but ultimately I just want to do what I love.

Ever since I am clear of my dreams, I'm more determined to make it a reality and I would admit that a lot of my motivation and drive comes from you. Just want to let you know that I take you as my role model and many times when i talk about my dreams, the first that comes to my mind is you because you really made me realize that dreams can always become a reality as long as we hold on tight to what believe despite what others may say.

Thank you for always giving the encouragement that meant a lot to me. That time when you talked to me about my video editing skills and encouraged me in the ambs room some time ago was also something that motivated me.

There is so much i wanna talk to you and share with you because the impact that you made in my life ever since i know you is so great that I wanna share with you how things have been going on for me and... again thank you for always listening to me always :D

Hi Matthew,

I watched you at the opening ceremony, I watched you at the Village, you carrying out your duties like a real pro.

Matthew, I applaud you for the heart and soul that you put in to your work.

I fully support you, really.

Being with Samsung for the YOG is something I will remember for the rest of my life.Great friends, great experiences and a great deal of speaking in Korean.

I hope that one day we'll be able to meet and who knows, even work together at a major event, if only I was half as good as you are.

You have it, bro. And you've used it to your advantage. The ball's now in your court.
Dream big and I know that one day, I'll see you hosting a full-fledged Summer Olympics. Believe me, someday, this will come true.

Push on, Matthew.
I'm rooting for you.

I want to say that you're a source of inspiration to me. You're always emphasizing the fact that if we don't give up we will definitely be able to live our dreams, maybe even beyond that, which may take quite some time to see it coming to me.. So maybe i shall start from hosting events in school to many other little events that passes by, well not allowing any opportunity to slip by.

I guess it requires hard work and you made it Matt! Hopefully one day we'll get to meet each other since it's of the same industry and yes hope i'll be able to know you better then or rather from now.

Your inspirational blog and fb profile motivates me to push myself harder so as to achieve what i desire. I can say your blog is one of the best blog i've ever come across so far. No words have motivated me this much before.

By the way, are you in year 1 or 2 in NP's MCM? Maybe in future if i need some little help in such events that i am taking part in, i could turn to you?

Continue to strive for the better and all the best to you too! ;)

You know, as I watch this video, I realise that to some, YOG may just be another event but it's really more than that. It's where friendships are formed, teamwork tested, special memories are created and last of all, it is a learning experience for everyone. These moments won't repeat again. This is a journey that Singapore took and Matt, this is a journey you took, to make the First Youth Olympic Games unforgettable for many. I am so proud of you. ♥

Hey Matt (:
I am so proud of you for being one of the host for yog opening ceremony! (:

Do keep on going, and press on.

One day, everyone will recognize your effort for making things happen.

Its definitely not by luck. You are capable of it, you have what it takes. (:

As you've said, "Dreams are simply reality waiting to happen."

I strongly believe you can do it in achieving your own definition of a world-class host.

To most of us(including me) you already are.
