Sigh. He knew what was coming, the smell, the feeling.. too familiar. Two seconds later, the heavens opened. Like a shower head turned on at full blast, it poured mercilessly, completely drenching him to a state of reality.
He stood rooted, shutting his eyes, letting the rain wash away the pain and misery. Pitter patter. The rain soaking his senses. He felt alive again. He is alive! He shuffled his feet, he wiggled his hands, he spun, he jumped, he danced in the rain. The tears flowed. For the first time in a long while, he smiled. He was and is happy.. truly happy.

This post is amazing. I miss the feeling of not being held back from happiness, being able to enjoy life is something we all need... And every now and then an event like that makes it all worthwhile. I can't wait until it starts to downpour here >_<
Yeah you really were... :D It was nice seeing you being so happy about nothing in particular, especially on Monday when Amanda and I were so blue... :)
